Adwords Tool

    Hi everyone,

I need a good tool for AdWords and i've already come accross a couple: Keyword Elite and Adwords Analyzer. Keyword Elite is a bit expensive for me and has a lot of things I don't need it to do. Adwords Analyzer for $76 looks like what I need, but am I missing something here? Are there better tools out there for keyword competition, bidding, and searches for under a hundred dollars?

    Thanks,
    Mike.

I agree that KE is expensive. It looks far more impressive in the videos than how it actually works. I bought it, but if I had to do it all over again? No.

There's also the "Adwords & Keywords" that sells for around $50 and has the neccessary basic functionality.

KE is the most powerful with the most features I've seen, but it also leaves a lot to be desired. For example, it won't correctly get the number of searches for "phrase matched" keywords when analyzing pay-per-click listings (project 2), because it can't figure out it needs to remove the quotes before feeding the keyword to the Overture tool.

On the other hand, KE seems very good for generating large keyword lists and okay for editing them.

You could just rob the keywords from you competitors, those other programs are all way to expensive for what there worth.

thats nothing compared to the fact that the overture tool is worthless.

$176? PT Barnum's immortal quote applies here.
