How can I make the title show for each state? For example say someone searches for boats for sale, but ain't there a way for it to show up in the title like IN boats for sale? If the user is searching from that state?

Try creating separate campaigns to target each state. A bit of a hassle but it may be worth it. Maybe test it out on your primary target states first and then expand.

As far as I know you can't do that, you have to do like vesparich said and create a new campaign for each.

You can do it, and I'm not going to create a targeted adgroup for each state I know it can be done because I see one ad doing it. If i was to create an ad for each state it would take a lot of ads and keywords. It needs to show for various long tails.

Update: I guess I could target each ad, for each state. For example if someone was searching for Lawn Garden and the search was done from Indiana I could set the ad to only show a ad that says Indiana Lawn Garden fo rthat state.

I was going to do the same thing and I was under the impression that you had to set up a different adgroup not campaign as said earlier for each. Its not a ton of work but definitely more than usual.

I believe so but I am not a guru of adwords, it doesn't take that much work because you can model each adgroup after another and just make the minor adjustments to make it exclusive for each state.
