    On January 12, 2008, AdWords system will be unavailable from approximately 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Time

    due to system maintenance. Please note that your campaigns will continue to run normally during this short downtime. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    It depends on your location ;) For example, for me it will be from 18:00 - 22:00. That's actually the time when I use Adwords :)
