Adwords suspension: professional management?

    Hi,
I've been suspended from Adwords. I don't really care to discuss what I did because there's nothing positive to get out of it. I was stupid and let's leave it at that. My losses are piling up fast and will be catastrophic if I don't ever get back in. It's all the more regrettable because I have a quality content website and I had an excellent Adwords campaign.
Google refuses to answer my emails to clarify if my ban is permanent but I have to assume the worst.
I need constructive advice. The only way I can figure to get back in (without starting a whole new life) is to get a partner or hire a professional to manage Adwords for me. This brings up a key question: Am I banned (personally) or is my url banned, or both?
In other words, can another person or company open an account for my url? I've asked two PPC management companies and they claim to not know (they want me to sign up with them and find out, which I'm not going to do blindly). I've asked Google but they do not reply.
I have no intention of violating any TOS by deception. But I can't see a problem with someone else doing my PPC.
    Can anyone help with advice?

If you violated TOS you're banned permanently - there is not temporary suspension as I know in AdWords.

your Url is not blacklisted, but it is used with other data to track you and keep you away from the system.

but an account managed by a professional would be hard as you can not login there even to enter a billing info. If you access the account, it will freeze again as probably happens nowadays with every account you try to create in AdWords.

If you hire someone to promote your site, this professional could manage your account but you could never access this account to see the ongoing results.

My advice is to find someone that manage you account and pay the bills himself, sending you scheduled reports directly from AdWords by email - so you pay him for his service + the adwords bills.

This only could be done if there is not content restriction in your site - I'm assuming that you've not been banned for promoting illegal content.

I would say your best bet would be to use Yahoo Search Marketing or MSN adCenter unless Google lift your ban.

It would be interested to know why you got banned. This could help others avoid being banned. Un less it's really something obvious like promoting porno stuff to people looking to buy a house...

Thanks for the tip. I was considering opening multiple accounts to try out those free $55 or $50 Adwords credits.

As they should be. Anyone who gets banned for multiple accounts deserves it and I hope they never get back in. Earlier this year it was, at least in my opinion, a giant double serving free-for-all.

For anyone who doesn't think it's a big deal wait until a competitor comes into your sweet spot with 4 - 6 different accounts and essentially steals your business. I've been fighting/reporting a company that's been double, triple and quadruple serving in one of my markets for 6+ months now. After I report them the multiple serving stops for a few weeks then they are back again full force. It's tough because my bet is they are spending a few million a year. Because of that they get warning after warning but my hunch is Google will never just flat out ban them. Too much $$$$ to be made for them to do that.

To advertise their services/product multiple times for the same keyword. Its an unethical way to beat your competetion..

They own multiple domains and open seperate accounts so they can bid on the same keyword in each one. That way when someone searches for "my term" they see 4, 5 or 6 ads all from the same company but they point to different domains.

    It's a real pita.

In may case, multiple accounts were used for the free voucher credit, not to use the same keywords to point to different domains. I only used one domain.

Never had that situation happen to me but your MCC would not be banned, I'm positive on this. It's the client's account that is banned. The MCC is there just to link many accounts. However, if an account manager does something to get an account banned, doesn't say much about his knowledge and skills.
