The problem is Google's response to affiliates that promote "make money online" offers. This is what their response should have been... 1. Write up a policy and let it's advertisers know what kinds of ads are no longer accepted. 2. If an advertiser is running one of these ads, "disapprove" it in the system so that it will no longer run. 3. Do not approve these types of ads in the future. Instead Google has decided to permanantly ban users that currently or have in the past ran any of these types of offers. I have no problem with Google wanting to no longer allow "make money online" ads, but I do have a big big problem with their response to the issue.
Computerman, the problem is not promoting "make money online" offers specifically, although that's part of the problem too, it's affiliate marketers with sites having links to their affiliate merchants. Best to link directly to the merchant's page.
they said that I violated product policy, I email them, but no respond. They banned my domain name on adwords. any one know how to do next?
I am using google adwords account i have a problem with setting campaign can anyone help me to get unsuspended account.
I used to think you couldn't get a banned account, un-banned. Actually, there might be a difference between a suspended and a banned account. Not sure if Google uses both terms with different meanings. But I've heard on other forums that some have managed to get un-banned or un-suspended as the case may be. It just takes time according to them, like a month, so be patient. And be nice, don't write a flame email. Just state your case calmly.
It is possible to get your account un-suspended, but as far as I know you cannot if you ran any "make money using google" campaigns. Google has told me last week that it is a decision from above that they cannot unsuspend anyone.
