AdWords running but vanished from my Google account

    Hi,

I have a Google account with AdWords and Analytics set up (linked in the usual way) and a site added in Webmaster Tools. I also have a recent version of the AdWords account on my computer as I use the AdWords Editor.

All was ok until yesterday when I tried to log in. I suddenly got a login error message appear above the login email box that I was logging in with Google Account details but this was not a valid AdWords login. Well, it was yesterday! So I went to my Google account to try to access AdWords that way, but... it was not listed in my products, but down below in the "Try something new" section. I noticed that Webmaster Tools was in my list of products, but clicking on that showed no data - there is no site added.

Here's the thing, my ads are running so I'm being charged. Also, Analytics shows my reports just fine, and drilling into any of the Traffic Reports, I can see my AdWords campaigns, and data is being collected.

I hope someone here can tell me what's going on... thanks.

Contact Adwords support, since you are paying they will actually respond to you. :) Nothing you can do from the "outside", this must be dealt with froom the inside by Google directly.

Yeah, contact support as others have said, I would also reset your password to something different! You never know these days, whenever something weird happens with login stuff, on any site, i change my password.

Thanks to all who have suggested I contact AdWords. It would be great if there was a way of actually doing that. The only direct email I could find was and I have conflicting information that this is correct. A confirmation email from Google when I reset the Google Account password said that they do not answer email sent to this mailbox, and another email from a Google representative - I had a free phone session with him about another account - said I should submit to that address a couple of times if I get an automated response. Anyway, since I sent the email (before 4pm yesterday), I have not had a bounce back or reply.

I also posted a similar question to this one in the Google AdWords support forum. No response yet. I also found a phone number for Google in the US (1-866-2-GOOGLE) but when I entered my AdWords ID, I just got an automated response that they don't support all accounts by phone. GREAT!

Any other suggestions for contacting AdWords support? Remember, Webmaster Tools is misbehaving too so maybe there's someone in Google Accounts that can help. Trouble is, the only way to access them is through the support forum, and there's no category that covers my problem, and no email or phone number to call.

Thanks, clbyodo, but that's exactly what my previous post was about. How do I contact AdWords support? I've tried every method I know of.
