I have been running an Adwords campaign for 7 months on one of my sites with great success (Thanks Google!). The business is now coming into a 'quiet' period and am still running Adwords. Have noticed that even though the business side is as quiet as a mouse the clicks are still coming through. Anyone else experience similar seasonal fluctuations? Seriously considering dropping Adwords for the coming month or two if I am still going to have to pay for clicks without getting any business!! ROI = NADA!!
I have the same problem. There is traffic but no sale. I guess they cheaters have taking over and we wasting out money to nothing. Lucky me my Adsense income is the same that i spend everyday so it cover up my losses but if did not have that i would stop right now. I think people got bored with google something new needs to come soon.
I would suggest reviewing your AdWords competition to see if they have made any changes such as offering lower prices.
It's also worth analysing your incoming traffic to see what clicks on Adwords generate sales - You can use Google Analytics to do this, and that may help you to target the Adwords keywords that ultimately generate most sales/business for you.
I've been facing the same problem since 1 month for one of my website but other one is giving good return.. both websites are of same industry.. not sure i have to sit back and make some good plans for adwords this time
