I've been working very hard the last two years on a 5000+ page website with mostly unique content in the medical niche. I hope to launch it somewhere in March. I heve never used Adwords before to promote my other sites, but I'm considering to do it this time. I'd love to hear what your experience is in terms of return on investment (in an early stage). How much do you win/lose with your adwords? How much do you actually pay for each click? Just that raw figures part - of course there are other considerations to make in the long term (fidelity building, more exposure leading to more quality links, etc.) but that's a complete different discussion.
