    Usually within 24 hours but it can take up to 48.

    About A week has passed and my ad is still in review process.

    where u see that he is in review process?my campaing is active, but i do not have any impresion or click, and the ad is not showing...I try the diagnostical tool, and they tell me to contact support..what can i do?

    Be patient if your ad is awaiting review. It can take up to 48 hours...I have seen it take even longer.

    it depends on the vertical too. Sometimes you can wait a few days for things like ringtones in other countries. Remember it takes someone on staff to actually review the ads. When in doubt, call google.

    Exactly. Call Google if the review process takes more than 24 hours. They'll get someone right on it.
