Can anyone give me some quick, simple, and effective techniques for Adwords. I'm new to selling ebooks as an affiliate, I just started to register to Paydotcom and I wanted to sell effectively. Is it really possible for me to sell around ten or even more ebooks per day as confessed by many superaffiliates?

If you don't want to read Adwords Help and Learning Center, then I would suggest to read some books, like Adwords Miracle, Beating Adwords, Google Money Pro, Google Cash.

First understand how the adwords system works actually. Get the concepts clear. 90% users have misconceptions. THere are many things which will get you confused. For example a person bidding 1$ per click can be placed higher than a person bidding 3$ per click. How ?? There are many answers. read Perry Marshals book on adwords for better concepts.

I would suggests you to read beating adwords, really simple and easy to understand. Right after I read it, my overall campaigns CTR increase significantly which mean my sales as well. Oh ya Perry Marshals also provide a good information however I find it a lil bit out-dated.

    Cheers,

A little advice for adwords with affiliate promotions.

1: For Affiliate links, make sure you disable content network in your campagin settings. Since it makes the ads display on general websites thus lowering the CTR.

2: If you wan't to target english people, then don't forget all the english speaking countries, like New Zealand, Australia, Great Britain and US.

3: You won't see an "average" on $50 promotional credit.. you need a budget.

And last, always split your campaings into 2 adgroups - One for bad, and one for good quality score keywords, change the keywords around so the good keywords (CTR > 2) is located in "good" adgroup.

    Good luck! ;-)

Depending on the niche, price and quality of the sales page you'd need to be getting between 600 and 1000 clicks per day to sell ten ebooks. So test your CPC price, do your maths and make sure the commission is going to be high enough to make a profit. Try and get a 100% return. ie: Spend $100 make $100.

Opt-in pages are the way to go though...you need to build a business by generating subscribers. Direct linking isn't so effective anymore.
