Adwords question still not answered

    Question:

    When searching a word and the results have NO adword ads and I make a adword ad with the same word I search and make my keyword "exact" match only, does it really mater how much I'm will to pay if there are no other ads?

    Yes. The CPC you need to pay is determined by your quality score, not the number of other advertisers.

    Ok understood for the most part however if I"m the ONLY one with the ONLY possable add for the search, my ad will not show up?

    As long as the keyword(s) associated with that ad are active your ad will be displayed. If it's not you should check out why can't I see my ad?
