    question:
if the page is well optimized would it be hard to get the ad shown on the first page of the google search network with 0.05$ clicks?

If you have competition for the keywords that you are targeting than $0.05 is impossible.

Also you need a great QS and a good CTR.

It appears (in the UK at least) that you can't bid on 'Paris Hilton' - there are no adverts appearing.

If you find that you can, you are still in danger of running foul of Google's rules. You can't advertise materials to which you don't have the rights, and you can't run a website for phishing purposes.

If Google allows your website, then if it has the content it claims to, then it's likely to be labeled an 'Adult' site, so it'll get limited impressions (only people with safe-search turned off will see it, I think). If you don't have what you claim, then you're risking getting banned.

It depends on your competitors keywords. If you are biding on competitive keyword then it is impossible. And simple keyword not benefit you.

Apologies - didn't mean to imply that you were phishing.

Google consider phishing to be gathering any personal information (including e-mail addresses) with false claims. Your site doesn't need to actually be phishing for information, Google just needs to think that your site MIGHT be. Having not seen your site, I've no idea if it looks like a "send us your e-mail address and we'll give you something for free" website, but it might cause you a problem if you advertise on Adwords.

Custard Mite - if You make Your ads as an affiliate and make sales for some companies material than there is no problem in Adwords. You don't need special rights to sale as an affiliate!

Yes, but you can't link through to a site that you're an affiliate for. For instance, I'm an affiliate for a mobile phone company, but I can't use my affiliate link in an Adwords campaign, Google hoy me off straight away..

    Toonarme - That's not true !!!!!

You can do that without any problems.

The problem You are going to have is that it's really really wrong to have a direct affiliate link because You are competing for ex. with the same keyword for the same url....... This is why separate landing pages are helping....

I think what gsga02 is trying to say is that, Your affiliate will not allow it, if your affiliate is competing for the same keyword, BUT, if your affiliate is not competing or even on adwords campaign, your affiliate will not have a problem with it, nor will google.
