What do you mean by this?

Do you mean click throughs but no conversions?

i think, you have to open a new account in google analytics and take the fresh code and paste this code into each and every page before </body>. then after you can check your google analytics account.

bounce rate is a visitor coming to your site and then leaving your site. If you do not have analytics on all your pages other than your landing page then your bounce rate will be 100%. If you are marketing an affiliate program and they click the affiliate link that will also be considered a bounce. So you need to give some more insight on your problem.

1 is tracking on all pages on your site.
2 are you promoting an affiliate program
