Hi Guys, I had purchased a VCC and activated a Google Adwords Account, I then credited a $100 voucher. My problem is that even though all information has been entered my listing does not go live. If anyone else experiencing any problems such as this? I have used Adwords and VCC before so this is really strange. Unfortunately Google customer service is horrendous to say the least, I have been emailing them all week to no avail. I know that ads must be reviewed prior to going live, but 5 days? That is ridiculous! Any help is greatly appreciated.
when it comes to adwords help i would never email customer support. Try using the live chat option instead and see if you can get better customer support. If this does not work then you can call them on their 800 number. I don't have it with me since i am at home but you can probably do a google search for it and find it, or ask someone in this forum may have it
Thanks scuba5794, I have heard about the chat option yet I can't find it anywhere - i have searched there 'contact us' section the option does not seem to be there, I have also searched on their help pages. Do you have a direct URL link to the web chat? I would be extremely greatful if anyone can provide the link.
The chat is only available at certain times, so if it's available there will usually be a link to it in your account or the learning center
Unfortunately calling them is not an option as I reside in England, secondly the chat option does not seem to be appearing - mat try with a US proxy and see if anything appears.
