Adwords Placements

    hello,
    can somebody give me links or tell me about ad placements (images)?
    I want to do a web hosting campaign with placements but only for one country and one language. I want to learn. How do you use it? CPC or CPM? is it better than adwords text? Your experience, did placements help you? How to bid with placements?
