Adwords Payment Question

hi,

I am little bit confused. I started with $5+$50(bonus). now my account has $108 outstanding payment. They r telling to pay whole amount. but y shud i pay whole? i have to pay only $108-$55 = $53.. y they r asking whole? if i pay $108 will i get another $50 of advertising Credit? (I am thinking it wud be this)..

I am using it for pas 3-4 months..

 

Check in the billing section that they have added the $55 bonus to your account.

Are you sure you didnt spend $163 and the $108 is what you have left to pay after the bonus?

 

No totally its $108.. Includin bonus

 

In my accounts it appears in the Billing Summary as "Service Adjustment". If this is not visible, then contact Google.

How did you redeem the original bonus voucher?

i got it as signup bonus..

 

You need to ask Google directly about this. Any answers given here would just be supposition.

This forum is great for answering a lot of different questions but not specific billing anomalies.

I just needed some suggestions to wat to do next..

 

I'd suggest paying it off right away if you have the money, then going back with them to figure it out. Google is Google, so the last thing you want to do is give them any reason to not do business with you. Show them good faith by paying and hope they're willing to look into with you.

 

And my suggestion for what to do next would get in touch with Google.

If they have truly not credited you properly then that is the only way to get it fixed.

 

I have only $58 which i shud pay them. But they r trying to charge $108
