Are you using any geo targeting that would prevent your client (due to location) from seeing the ads?

Yeah, I had this with a client of mine, find out your clients IP address and where it appears to be located.

My client is based in the UK, but his IP was in New York - we were using UK only ads and he could never see his own ads.

We had to get his ISP to give him a new IP address before he could see his own ads.

This is pretty simple. Both of u (u and your client) are from different countries. And probably u have not configured your client;s country in google campaign. Thats why, u r seeing your ad campaign but not your client.

    Thanks for all the replys

We do have his ads restricted to the UK only

The client is actually only 20 miles from me and his IP is in the UK as is mine

Also, his website is on our server in the UK?

    I am confused

    Cheers

Assuming there's no daily budget issue maybe..

They are not searching for the right term (misspelling?)
They don't know where to look
    Outside shot they have spyware/viruses

I've had clients tell me in the past that they couldn't see ads either...even though I knew they were there. Have your client take a screenshot and send it to you.

Although all of the above suggestions are valid, I suspect that the reason your client can't see the ads and you can is because of search history. Google uses your previous search histories to more accurately target ads, as do other ad agencies.

Take a note of the type of ads you are currently seeing as banners on, for example, msn main page. Then spend a little while searching for cars or insurance or holidays. You will begin to see the type of ads you are served begin to change to be more in line with your searches.

Is that documented anywhere? I run searches from multiple machines at multiple locations and have never had issues getting the same ad sets served up.

Are you sure he isn't just trying to shaft you? Tell him to take a screenshot of the page so you can see exactly what he sees.

Hi, It has been said that maybe its his javascript or Maybe he has advert blocking software?

Good points but if this was the case, surely he wouldnt see his competitors ads?

All he looks for is his ads and competitors, he claims he never ses his

Maybe i have to accept defeat on this one or maybe i need to visit him and see for myself

    Cheers

You probably filled in the application wrongly, as is evidenced by your inability to read this thread.
