Adwords not running

    I have an adwords account that wasn't used for a while. It has some paused campaigns and deleted campaigns. I created new campaigns three days ago and there not running? No dissapproved ads, billing is valid. ?

    forget it, CPC was low, for 1,000s of keywords.
