AdWords not displaying after 4 days.

Hi there, here goes my first post:

Right, I signed up for adwords about 4 days ago and all ads are active. I know that google has to review these ads, but how long does it take. Signing up was kind of wierd, and it it didnt tell me anything or send me any emails about reviewing my ad (found out from other sites).

Should I be worried? or is this quite normal?

Also, this site is amazing, exactly the kind of place ive been looking for :)

Assuming everything is set up right you should be able to see your ads by now. Was this a a brand new AdWords account? If so, I know there are sometimes lengthy delays with new accounts getting activated.

What site did you put the ads on? If it is banned or has porn or something, you might have trouble putting adsense on there.

sometimes take up to 5 business days for new accounts to have the ads running.

Also you may experience that even after they are running they pause for a entire day due to some kind of "account under review" status.

Did the AdWords team give you any reason for the extended delay?
