Adwords Newbie - Needs to discuss my stats and some doubts

I was using adwords to drive traffic to one of my site and to see its effects. Now I was only using CPM ads over some selected sites (15, most of them were my competitors).

Now i had send MAX CPM as $1 , and got clicks with CTR of 0.34%. Is this Good as per normal standards ? Also what does conv rate and cost/conv column means ?

Also out of those 15 sites, 90% times, my ads were shown on only one site and the rest got shared between other sites. Why is this so ?

    Regards

.34% is pretty decent for Content ads but not for search ads.

Your conv rate column is for if you use Google's conversion code to track when a sale is made (or other action taken).

The cost/conv is exactly that- how much each conversion is costing you.

Content network ads can be weird...I use them but recommend focusing on search first.
