I am doing an Adwords campaign for a local allergist. I have a geo-targeted campaign and have reduced the keywords to only those that are related to people looking to pull the trigger. For example, I have paused keywords like allergy symptoms and have focused on keywords like allergy doctor, etc. I have a call tracking software installed and have been getting clicks. However, I have not had one call in almost two months! Are there any tricks to getting the people to pick-up the phone for an allergist? I can't really offer a coupon or anything so I'm out of ideas and the client is about ready to pull the job. Any assistance or advice would be great! -Mike
> I have paused keywords like allergy symptoms and have focused on keywords like allergy doctor Good first step in right direction. The trick to get conversions, whether an allergist or selling gropple grummets is to convince the visitor to the site that this doctor will be exactly what they need. You have to sell to them. Doesn't sound like that's happening although you don't say what your conversion rate is (I know it's zero but how many visitors have you had). What's wrong with a coupon?
Maybe people aren't feeling comfortable to dial the number? Does your site support web-calling or some sort of online chatting service so people can communicate with you through text instead of having to call you? Just a thought.
