Adwords landing page example

My website is not live let I would like to make a landing page for people to sign up to get an alert when the site go's live. Can you point me to an example of a landing page that would be similar?

 

Why not just use your actual web page as a template and add an auto responder and the details about the launch?

It will be uniform and it will look like your site does when you actually launch.

 

I read that this is not a good practice

 

it may be expensive to tell someone that clicked your adword ads that the product they clicked for is not available. why would you want start promoting something that you do not have?

try to Google for a ClickBank product (go onto ClickBank's website and find a product), think of some keywords that that product is using
you'll find tons of landing pages that you can use as reference

 

A sign-up page will not be accepted by Adwords.

 

you may want to add few content pages related to the niche... but guess you need to be careful when using adwords with signup pages... Google frowns upon using adwords to direct traffic only to signup pages
