AdWords Keywords Generalized

    Is it possible to advertise for a particular keyword and get any results associated with it?

    For example:

    Keyword: Miami

    Can I get * Miami *? and get any searches related to Miami keyword?

    I have tried "Miami" but this does not show the results other than Miami.

    Miami is just a sample keyword.
