Adwords Keyword Tools - Now Pay to Use??

I've always used the Google adwords keyword tool free of charge before to find out how often keywords are searched for.

Now Google is wanting me to create an adwords account and say how much I'm going to spend - otherwise it just gives me the search volumes for the term I've asked for and not all the related terms as before.

Is there any way of still getting this info free of charge??

Are there any other tools that will do the job?

It looks the same to start with, but if you key in a term like "website design", all you get is the search volume for "website design" - you no longer get related searches like "web design", "web designer" etc and there's a note saying "Sign in with your AdWords login information to see the full set of ideas for this search"

This is bogus. Check your link. It's still completely free of charge.

If you log in your Gmail account and use keyword tool, it's sometimes error and you may confuse about it. Google Keywords Tool is still free of charge and I use it everyday

Its still free, but how accurate is it? I don't think it is that accurate, but just my personal opinion.
