I'm not an AdWords user but i have an account and use its keyword tool to check traffic volumes and PPC values. but yesterday when i d tried to check few keywords i realized that it doesn't show PPC values anymore. AdWords have some kind of limitation this or is there a option to get these values back ?
Yes, I started noticing it didn't work yesterday. Thought it was a glitch so I emailed Adwords support (no word back yet). I see it's still down. I hope this isn't going to be a new change. It looks like Yahoo has finally killed off it's keyword tool http://inventory.overture.com/ I'm surprised nobody else is talking about this...are there any other threads on this?
Guys, I was just going to send a question about this. I hope google doesn't limit the "PPC value" functions, it will kill alot of us down here, hope someone can send us more info. I'll check adwords blog and post anything I found of significance here. warchief
Everything's the same with my adwords account ... is there any kind of selective restriction going on ?
I cannot able to see the PPC values in my adwords account. All are blank. Anyone have any idea about it.
Im getting the same thing over here and very unhappy about it. I've searched and found no answer. cost and placement show no values. I also noticed that seobook's keyword suggestion tool is also broken. Both have been down for days since I've noticed. I hope this is fixed soon. this seriously puts me out of commission as far as seo/adwords/adsense goes. If any one gets any answers please post! as i will if i do. Thanks, Trisha
I have not heard about Adwords being down I will need to check this out. For advertisers this has to be just temporary bug or it would kill Adwords. I've also seen on some forums that Overture is not working for some people, but I logged into my Wordtracker account and it still works fine from there. Bruce
adwords itself is not down, it's their keyword tool that gives estimates about the PPC value. anyone has any sourced info about this will be much appreciated
I can't find any information about this anywhere. Looked at the adwords group over at google groups and nobody is talking about it at all. Kind of suprising more people aren't discussing this. Anyone have any information? Is this tool working correctly for anyone? and if so, are you an active adwords user?
Yes its really interesting how both downed same time. Also what i like to know it this happened only to nonactive AdWords users. like i don't use AdWords only use those tools.
i logged into my adwords account today and the internal keyword tool is behaving in the same manner. no cost or placement estimates. I sent an email to google. I doubt they will answer. There is virtually nothing online that explains whats going on. I visited Matt Cutts blog, nothing there either. I will crack this case!
I just remembered something, couple of days ago I read an article about yahoo making new systems or something like that for their search engine marketing, but back then I didn't give it that much attention. may be that is why they removed the old overture keyword tool, I hope they are willing to provide a good one instead of it (but I seriously doubt that, and this makes me panic) here's the link http://2space.net/articles/?art=1169639867 GUYS WE'VE JUST LOST 2 OF OUR MOST VALUABLE RESEARCH TOOLS, I THINK I'LL BLACKOUT. warchief
