Adwords Keyword Quality Score

I just got an email from adwords about my keyword quality scores. I found it confusing.

Here is the line in the email I don't understand:

"quality score of many keywords (76) are not good."

When I look at my keyword quality score they are marked 7/10, 8/10, 6/10, etc. How does the adword rep come up with 76?

    thanks

Would that be the amount of keywords that had low scores? like you had 76 keywords with low scores. Maybe but a thought. I've never received anything thing like that from Google before.

This shouldn't be a mistake on their end since that's usually an automatic notification. So pretty much go check your keywords by sorting them from lowest to highest QS and start tweaking and improving on the lowest rated ones.

Same here. The wording the OP showed that supposedly comes from Google makes me think it's not coming from them at all. Could be a phishing attempt. If there is a link to log into your account, I would say it's definitely a phishing scheme as Google would never do that. If anyone gets such emails that look like they are coming from Google, DON'T CLICK ON THEM. I've known people getting their accounts hijacked and racking up hundreds and even thousands of dollars worth of advertising.

If you got a suspicious email then don't click on it or do anything that it might suggest you and contact your account rep to solve the problem if there actually is one..

Maybe 76 is a percentage? So out of 10 try to percentage your score, you do the math.

I think that is not the score of a particular keywords, it relates to something else.
