What to do if the merchant doesn't give a direct link to an order page? He gives a link to his website instead
I found that splash page isn't effective in adwords.
Can I use iframes on my landing page? I know it's against their TOS
    Any other suggestions?

I thought all the major affiliate networks don't allow invisible cookup's, popups (iframes) and google aswell

fraid there just ain't a good way to do it. I would suggest you join a better affiliate network like RegNow. RegNow allows direct links to order pages, much better if you want to create your own sales pitch.

The only disadvantage of RegNow is the lower number of merchants, hopefully you'll find yours there, or one similar :)
