I started up a new account about 9 days ago, and my ads are still not running. the keywords I picked showed thousands of impression on the google keyword tool. When I ran the diagnostic tool, it said that my I had reached my daily budget. I did a search on the topic, and found some info that said I should try a higher daily budget, I tried it, I tweaked my daily budget, and my keyword bids, and still nothing. I sent a message to google, and haven't received a reply, It has been 4 days.
If you trust me enough to provide me with your login info; then I can tell you the problem in 5 minutes, and possibly fix it.
Open up your account click on the campaign name click on the adgroup name choose 'customise columns' & then 'show quality score' are these poor, ok or great? also, click the magnifying glass next to the keywords you think should have the most impressions - this is the diagnositic tool read what it says, click the link for more info & then google those items it says need improving If your ads aren't showing at all, you've probably chosen a market that Google doesn't like (movie downloads, ringtones, adult?) Or the landing page is that terrible, your minimum bids have gone way up (or the relevance of your keywords, ads & landing page) good luck - PM for more info if you need it mike
Google doesn't know how to read emails, talk to live chat and you'll get a response in 5 minutes They take good care of people that will be giving them money (heaven forbid you have a problem with AdSense though).
Problem is not much sever here. seems like you have put the same budget for a keyword as that should be for an ad group. Due to which you are getting minimal clicks and your budget is exhausted immediately. Also as suggested by our friend above the ad quality might be the reason as well due to which you are being charged high CPC. Hence resulting in the low ROI
