hello i m trying to buy ads using my cc. its issued by bank in uSa an i have enough money in my bank like 10k at themoment but when i am trying to buy ads from adwords its saying card declined . where as i tried in bidvetiser it works. is there any probelm with Adwords.
The problem's almost definitely with your card. Your best bet is to just contact Adwords about the problem.
No problem at all and it will be better to use another cc for your second account. There are many cc for internet payments, for example payoneer.com etc.
you cant use the same card on multiple accounts unless you have MCC access. You need to use a seperate card
