AdWords has problem?

    Last night I tried to set up a new AdWords account for one of my clients. The account was created successfully but when I tried to enter billing information of the client, Adwords declined his credit card.

    Then I asked him for another card but again Adwords declined that card too.

    My client says he is using his credit cards to purchase many products online so he is sure they work.

    Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? It's strange.

    Is it a problem with the Adwords system?

    Maybe his credit card has reached to its monthly credit limit.

    Nope, I'm sure it hasn't. Also he tried using another card and it didn't work either.
