Hi all, new poster here. Anyone help with this, or offer suggestions? I have an adwords capaign on a site, all going swimmingly until the end of the year. But the first quarter of this year is causing me problems. Adwords report for last month says 2000 clicks, ok, Analytics reports says 1000 why? I *know* that there are usually some slight differences and it is not an exact science but for the last 3 months the figures for adwords visits are twice as high as analytics. I asked Google for help but I got a Bart Simpson explanation - LOOK over there! sucker ha ha. Cookies blah blah I have compared against Webalizer stats, and they seem consistent, webalizer picks up everything, not just a javascript event. but webalizer figures have similar results to the first quarter of last year. Something is up and I don't know what. Nothing has changed my end, only this site is affected. Tracking code is on all pages. Anyone suggest why the figures are so out? Normally they are fairly close. (never exactly the same I know) Thanks in advance.
