    So?

    You're saying I can't have a phrase and exact match for the same keyword?

    Yeah, I hate that message too. There's also a few changes they made recently that irks me. The usability has gotten worse, not better. Maybe the next version will fix these issues.

    They are always changing for the worse to advertisers. Don't expect too much from them. There are too many advertisers using Adwords now. They are the market leader now so they can do whatever they want.

    use a short tal keyword and anything around that will be added.. aka
    us keyword "doctor" if someone searches "miama doctor" you will popup if you target miami.

    if you are doing for Phrase Keyword, Then you are also bidding for exact keyword,

    No choice because they would like to reduct the duplicate ads with same keywords and same target market. So they have to be strict on this. Sometime you may send mail to Google Center. They may help you up. Google Center is better than facebook a lot which they really assist you .
