    Hello Guy.

I would like to ask you guys about the Display URL.

Let's say that my destination URL will be somethinglink : www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html?ie=UTF8&xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

and It is a must that Display URL should match to the amazon.com root. And also There were other competitor who already using the Display URL as Amazon.com/xxx

If I am using Display URL as XXX.Amazoninc.com , this will oki with Adwords ?? This will oki with amazon ?? Am I violate anything rule for Adword and Amazon ??

With this Display URL that I test right now, It is showing very good. I have receive no email from adword about conflicted Display URL yet...

Please help me to clarify on this..

    Thakn you very mcuh

If you are using the display URL : XXX.Amazoninc.com and sending people to amazon.com. You will be violating the rules since the domains do not match.

Most likely Google will find out at some point and simply disable your advert and give you a message asking you to change it.

xD, guess you posted that just as I was answering your previous message.

The advertiser who has used the display URL "FlipVideo.AmazonBrowsing.com" has actually bought that domain and is sending visitors to "FlipVideo.AmazonBrowsing.com". Click on the advert and you'll see that the URL in the address bar matches the display URL.

What he has done is bought a similar domain name and used it as both the display URL and the destination URL, he has then put his amazon affiliate link in a frame.

This way he's not violating the rules. But I'm not sure how long people will be able to get away with this kind of thing.

I have delete the second message, because I am thinking that it might not be good that I take other ads from advertise into the forum...

I have also seeing the same thing as you describe ... So they using Frame..

But if we using Frameset with Amazon , This will violate Amazon ???

I know that we should not have a "amazon" in the domain name at all ( and selling amazon item )

If there's something in the Amazon terms that says you're not allowed to put them in a frame then I assume flipvideo.amazonbrowsing.com is breaking the rules and simply getting away with it.

There's no secret behind how he can do it, he's just breaking the rules.

So this mean, If we using Framset ,then we violate Amazon Rules for 100% ?? ( the domain name is a normal one, with no word of amazon in the domain name )
