    Hi there,

Adwords just sent me a message that my ads campaign has been disapproval for Inaccurate Display URL, I was displaying CJ links that look like : http://www.jdoqocy.com/click-XXXXXX-XXXXXX which was taking to the affiliate site which was display on Display URL.

Does anyone have a suggestion for me what to do? I was doing that for long time and never had any problem with that.

    thanks.

Could it be that the CJ redirect shows different content based on the location of the IP address? If so, then maybe one of the Google folks from India (I do see an Indian IP address once in a while) was checking your ad, saw something other than the affiliate site, and then flagged it.

You need to put the very ending root page as display URL like for example:

    www.bay.com

    and not

    www.jdoqocy.com

anyway be careful when sending traffic directly to advertiser site as there is a lot of T&S that you need to comply and there is a risk for your investment too as is hard to control ROI: you can not place any tracking code there.

you need to know what you are doing

You'll likely find that using a more concise display URL leads to better CTR, especially if you're selling from a wellknown merchant & direct linking. Either way, you shouldn't ever put a single page URL in the display URL...

In my experience with CJ, its always better to develop a landing page for that product so you can display your sites URL.

I agree, landing pages are the way forward.

Even if its for an affiliate.
You still want to capture the name and emails of everyone coming to your page. Then you can start a E-marketing campaign, and sell to them at a later date.

The best way of doing this is to have a landing page set up, and give a way a free e-Zine on the product.
Then send them to the product.
