AdWords Customer Service just Sucks

    have just spent almost two weeks trying to get AdWords customer service to help me. I would be better off trying to negotiate with terrorists. All they tell me is that everything is my fault. Here is the history. I had a AdSense account and two Adwords accounts. The two AdWords accounts were linked together with a MCC. Everything was fine. I then got an email from AdSense that I had to open a NEW Google account and that by doing this I could link my AdWords and AdSense accounts together. This sounded great. What happen next was a nightmare.

    My AdWords accounts got unlinked and had to be relinked to my NEW Google account. I then lost all my qualifying dollars toward being a AdWords Professional and even my notice that I passed the exam. When I asked Google AdWords customer service to help there responce was because I opened a NEW account and relinked my accounts that there was nothing they could do. I told them that Google asked me to open this new account. I even showed them that if you look at the complete picture I have done everything to qualify as a Adords Professional. Their response was AdSense and AdWords are seperate and that their policy was if you unlink and link you lose your dollars and are screwed. I then showed them if I had never open the new account that GOOGLE asked me to that everything would be fine and my qualifying dollars would still exist. Ther response was it was my fault for opening the new account and that nothing would be done to fix it.

    So I only have one thing to say - GOOGLE ADWORDS CUUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!
