Adwords CPM Site Targeting Question

    I want to site-target CPM ads on only a couple of relevant pages on one site. I don't want the ads to show on all pages but I don't see an option to select keywords. Will my site-targeted ads show on all pages on that site or only on the contextual/relevant pages?

    You can specify whether you want to target the whole domain, a specific directory, or a specific page.
