AdWords Coupon Scam - I'm suspicious

    Hi,

I guess u all know - a lot of ppl are selling AdWords accounts with $50 loaded

I bought such accounts and it's really working.

But I'm worried - what's the deal here?

Why are those guys selling those accounts instead of using them for their own campaigns?
I mean those accounts are sold for far below $10!
making $20 or $30 revenue with those $50 credits should not be too hard :p (just 302 to some cpa offers).
This really makes me suspicious. Why the hell are they giving $50 away for >$10?

Also this makes me think that you HAVE to use such accounts right now. How do you want to buy traffic when everybody else has 10 times more spending power?

    I'm curious about your opinions

    Regards

well, or you will become rich or you will get permanently banned from AdWords before you spend what you've paid.

What of the options above do you think will happen?

Micromag: I don't see a way to get permanently banned, since those accounts are not associated with your identity in any way.

I just don't get why ppls are selling those accounts (profit like $1 per account). It makes me suspicious

Most likely the people own a webhost and get the vouchers for free...then buy a bulk order of vcc's, or they have a bank that you can create unlimited amount of vccs.

2 months ago I was one of the people selling these accounts. And, my profit was $10 per account. I was selling 20-30 accounts per day for a few weeks straight and easily made $200 a day in profit. Then people started finding out about this, and started offering the same service, so it got saturated, forcing prices to go down as low as $5 now. I have seen some people selling an Adwords VCC for $3, so you could still make $2 profit of each account. And each account takes about 3-4 minutes to set up. So you'd make about $5 per 10 minutes of work, which isn't bad to the newbies.

Well google has and does allow such a scheme i beleive... a resellers system that they have introduced.. you can have clients underneath you that use these $50 free credits per fresh account which is yes "under you" as the reseller..

maybe somebody can correct me if im wrong.. but im pretty damn sure there is a resellers out for google adwords..

Quicker and easier profit just selling. I would get paid instantly via paypal when selling accounts. If I used them, then I would have to wait 60 days to receive my check.

I was thinking i have bought an extra account... but i am worried about one other thing..

I have a proper google adwords account with my credit card attached to it.. now i have just bought a new adwords voucher account.. i want to place the same ads as i have placed on my real credit card account but ofcourse i will need to pause one to use the same ads on my new adwords voucher account..

So my question is.. because i am bringing back users to the same website and using the same ad's like i have on my real credit card account do you think google will notice this or will i get suspended?

It is a marketing which can help Small Advertisers switch from Yahoo Accounts..for 50$ credit...

Also since Yahoo is offering 50$ credit, Google must also offer the same..

You do have a risk of getting both accounts suspended. What I would recommended is only to advertise your site with the $50 credit adword accounts. Use each account one by one. Once you use up all the credits, delete all your campaigns, I also mean like adjust the campaign test and delete, so there are no remains of your site address. Then move on to a new account that you brought or created with a $50 balance.

So in my real account i have them paused.. deleting them would be best i assume?

Im also thinking of contacting them because my image ads need to be verified, not that they are againts the T&C's but they always have to manually allow image ads.

Adwords doesn't allow to use 2 accounts on the same IP that are targeting same keywords/ads.

Hmm...even bigger problem is when some malicious advertisers go beyond the $50 free advertising credits...to use up more than $500 in a day or two! When Google try to charge their VCC, they'd get nothing out of it...so the advertiser walks away with over $500+ worth of free ads...

This kind of accounts get suspended very quickly, I don't know why, but that's my experience.
