you must pay 5$ activation pay.. it's different from coupon. activation fee can pay only credit card

 

Doesn't work for old accounts though. I guess you have to set up a new account when you get one of these.

but you need to fund a minimum amount before can use the coupon.

YOu need to redeem your coupon code by this date, it doesn't mean $100 expire on that date.

If somebody wants coupon code , i'm selling $200 for $25.
