    Hi

I've working on one of the clients for PPC for more than a year
During my tenure with the account the conversions have increased a lot and also the CPA dropped drastically

However for last 3 of months there in no increase in conversion nor there is a drop in CPA

I've tried almost everything, kw expansion, ad optimization, landing Pages and all the things what you can think of, but the sales seems to have come to a saturation point.

    Notes
    1. Talking Just about Adwords
    2. Products are most expensive in the market (others sale the same products with much lesser price
    3. Cant reduce the price (as we know that we can the products with the high price)

Have you tried reducing the search terms your adverts appear for?

I use search query reports to eliminate bad keywords. I also delete anything that hasn't converted either within a reasonable time frame or a reasonable amount of spend (even if the keyword seems relevant).

About note 3: If reducing the price by a small amount increased sales by a large amount then wouldn't that be worthwhile? Sounds like something that you should test.

I would go back to the basics. Keyword research for starters. If nobody is clicking your ads, maybe it's because nobody is searching for your keywords.
Also, how big are your groups? Are they small and targeted or huge? Are you monitoring your competitors Ads? Have they been there as long as you?

I wouldn't even go to step 2, your landing page, until you fix the first problem.

Without the details, it is kinda hard to help too much with this one.

    Good luck,

    Zeek

I don't think Crazymady has a problem as such - just looking to improve be either reducing CPA or increasing sales.

To reduce CPA remove all non converting keywords: This includes understanding what your adverts appear for - so if youre bidding on broadmatch or phrasematch keywords you need to know what your actually appearing for (search query report) and get rid of everything that doesn't convert. Next, align your bids with your conversion rates so that you pay the same for every conversion and your budget isn't running out.

To increase sales put your adverts in front of more potential customers: Are your ads appearing 24-7? Are you appearing everywhere in the world that you could sell to? Are you using the content network?
