Ever wondered why there is no contact number for Google Adsense yet there is one for Google Adwords? Might it have something to do with the fact that Google Adwords was set up to receive your money (Google happy to converse) yet Adsense was set up to give you money (Google not happy to converse). Some time ago I was the subjest of Adwords click fraud - how else could you explain spending in excess of $2000 on Adwords yet receiving only 2 sales (earning me $50) from directly targeted potential sales traffic? I contacted Google Adwords and received a response to suggest they were investigating - no further correspondence was received. Some time later I decided to give Adsense a go. After several months I was earning circa $1500 a month from legitimate means!! Last week my account was disabled due to "click fraud". I emailed the Adsense team back and asked them to elaborate on the accusation which I completely denied - I included my telephone number for them to discuss this matter in a business-like civilised fashion. Over a week later I got some random email back from the Adsense Team to inform me that my appeal had been rejected and my account would be disabled indefinitely. As far as I was concerned I wasn't appealing at that juncture I just wanted to discuss the situation and question the reason why I was disabled. The only telephone number I could trace was a Google Adwords number so I called them up. The lady I spoke to helped me all she could but she was unable to provide a number for the Adsense team. I had approximately $1500 in my Adsense account which I have been told I will not receive and they cannot even give me an explanation as to why I have been banned. Add that to the $2000 I lost with my Adwords venture and I am $3500 out of pocket not to mention the man hours spent over many months of intensive time and effort committed to my Adsense account. Not happy!
Because advertisers are paying money, publishers are receiving, we take out and it would get out of hand, people would be hassling them left, right and center.
