    The reason nobody registered it is probably because of the trademark issues. I don't think this domain will stay yours..

    DarkX has the ultimate answer! Is A lawsuit is all its really worth! :) but what about other domains like xbox360.tld wont they be trouble too? I am new to this whole thing of TMs on the web

    My best advice to you would be -you may invite trouble from google if you make a lot of noise about it - try and quietly use it or sell it off without attracting much attention.

    i would say, contact google and say u want this domain to be sold to google, because u accidentally registered it and u are not aware that there is such company called google, then ask them for a reasonable price.

    That increases to 100% if he were to offer to sell it to Google; as doing so would constitute a 'bad faith' registration, which would give them grounds to have the domain transfered by the registrar... not that they'd need extra grounds considering the TM infringement
