Hi, Adwords can be a very expensive lesson in Internet Marketing, and I think sends the majority of people who try it running for the hills. I'm just wondering if anyone has had success promoting CB products through adwords. I'm not expecting anyone to reveal their specific products/campaigns that are profitable....but just some general thoughts 1) Your own landing page, or direct linking - which is better? 2) I've heard that Making Money products are not selling well these days. Which genres are successful with Adwords marketing?
Of curse review landing pages are better than direct links, money making programs are very competitive so you just need to find some other less competitive niches.
Never link directly unless you don't care about conversion. Always spend time on making landing page.
Yes you can use direct linking there's no problem with that but it will affect you quality score. It's always better to use landing pages that contain the same keywords you target for your ads. Read some adword guides before you even start your campaign.
Here are few tips from me. Make a landing page about your review. Make sure it's not too long. About 400-500 will do. Make sure you choose a good product that is easier to drive targeted traffic. For me, I use PPC. If you want to promote a money making products, be sure that the product is worth it. If not , expect many refunds from the client. I don't target money making products since I am not quite good in targetting that type of keyword and I'm not an expert in adwords yet. Try other niche. For newbie, I don't recommend this niche: 1)make money 2)forex
How much more do conversions improve (rough estimate) with a great landing pages instead of just linking Adwords to product page? Thanks for this info guys, just what I need for my landing pages!
What you need to consider is the CPC. This is where Google nails you. If you put up a crappy landing page that is not very relevant to your keywords, you can expect to pay $10 or more per click. On the other hand, if your ads are very relevant with your landing page, the cost can drop to .15 - .25 cents per click. What this means is that your should have different landing pages for each adword group. Not hard, but takes a little work. The main reason you do not want to link directly to the affiliate site is so that you can start building a list. Many people feel that capturing the email address is more important than making a sale. The obvious reason being that you have a chance to make more than one sale with a list. good luck, Zeek
I do start without landing page but on non-adwords platforms and then once they start to convert, move to landing page on adwords. This way I know what keywords actually convert before I take the time to create landing pages.
Before you go running adwords campaign with affiliate products make sure to use this spreadsheet to find your max cost per click. You can really burn the wallet with adwords if you are not careful. Use this spreadsheet I created for PPC and affiliate products: truewebmoney.com/Downloads/PPC-ROI-Calculator.xls
use a landing page and pre-sell your traffic.. make money niche is very saturated, you need to do what your doing to break into it for most cases
Adwords is the first way of selling if you want to do business in clickbank. And it is also the good way to realize the 100 sale. People who work hard can surely get a profitable return.
So if i could chime in, with adwords or any other PPC you would never point to a blog right? strictly 1 page sheet with 500 words review about the product....comparative with other similar item. and buy now button? What type of SEO would one employ on a landing page?would you write a review that used the adword keywords alot? is that the point?
