Need some help here. I have multiple campaigns running under a shared account with a client. Some of the accounts have hundreds of keywords and some have just a few. All of the campaigns were targeted at around 30 cents for max click through. This is well above what Adwords says is the minimum. I then changed the max to around 65 cents, still nothing. I now have it set to allow google to maximize my clicks within the budget and still nothing. Adwords shows that the keywords should be running. But nothing is happening! Also I'm not running the campaigns in the content networks. Any ideas?
Hi klown, did you report it to Google? Some campaigns may not run at a time, you may try to stop all campagin in 30 minutes and then enable each campaign respectively.
Klown, campaigns dont start immediately. This is normal. How long has it been? If it has been less than a few hours then just wait for Adwords to get things running.
Already checked the obvious things. I'm not getting any impressions and an adwords rep has now said that my account is under a security check. That was around the time of posting so it should have already been 2 business days (they say 2 business days or more). Just sent another email they replied with the same as before, guessing its an automated response.
Well, It seems you have some problems with your account such as login repeat, use email in many products or violate TOS of Google. Anyway, good luck to you. Please let us know when you can run your campaign.
Mine ads are also not showing and when I contacted I was told that my account is under review, I am also waiting for the same. GCS
Just got an email back from the adwords rep. He says that my account has been suspended, no explanation. Maybe I'm logging in from too many IPs since I'm in China and use a VPN? Or am I infringing on a trademark with my competitive ads? I can just remove those.. What the hell am I to do now? Any ideas? -------- Update : Checking around, there are quite a few people bidding on the same keywords with a similar site, so I doubt its trade mark terms. I'm thinking this has something to do with multiple accounts. We initially set this up under my client center but the client wanted a different setup so we created an account in their name, I think there are 3 accounts on my side and around 4 on the client's side (business partners, so each have their own account).
Adwords dept. is definitely costing Google alot of money ( so Adwords should bring in more money) with all their fancy crap on the set-up page..you have to jump through hoops and stuff to get a campaign going nowadays
