A couple of weeks ago my MCC account was hacked. The intruder only managed to damage 2 out of 8 accounts and Google jumped on it very quickly and suspended my account. With much to-ing and fro-ing between me and my Google manager, everything came good and there was no money lost by clients. Google even graciously gave the 2 accounts some credit for the lost enquiries. The problem: Ever since, I have been unable to get one account back to where it was before this kerfuffle. It was well positioned and rocking along nicely. Has anyone had a similar experience and know how to reinstate my successful campaign?
sounds like your accounts quality score is now low because of what was done when your account was hacked, sounds like you should contact support again
