Adwords campaign active but not hits/pageviews?

Im running a succesfull campaign for the last few months with quite some traffic. About a day and half ago i tried to pay my monthly bill...my card was rejected (the one i always use) but then a hour later i tried again it went through. Money was taking from my cc account and my campaign(s) went active again. Usually when a campaign wasnt active for whatever reason, after turning it on again i see hits coming within 30 mins or so. Now in this case, 36 hours later, still nothing.

Anybody any idea what could cause this and more importantly how i can fix this?

I mailed them but usually that means 7 days from now i get some standard blah blah.

 

double check your account and make sure it is active. Also do a search for your keywords and see if your ads are being displayed.

 

Yes its active, 100% sure. No ads are being shown like i said in my first post.

Anybody know how long before they reply to email lately?

i got the same problem... i suspect google penalize accounts that skip payments

 

maybe they do a re-check of your ads ?? or a delay due to your card being rejected once

 

Ok, i found out what is wrong. And this pisses me off a lot. They claim i havent paid them yet while quite a big amount was already taken from my account days ago. So they have my money.

They ask me to pay again and till then my campaigns are on hold. This is crazy. Not only did a lot of money "dissapear" im about the lose the same amount in ad revenue.

Im so pissed off.
