    Hi dear
For a website that is starting out new to Adwords and still attempting to pin point the target market, what is a good starting budget for Adwords? Even a range would be nice.

Thanks for the input and suggestions.

What keyword you want to bid on? there are keywords worth a lot of money and others cents.

The fact that you are asking that question just shows you don't understand how adwords works, and until and unless you do, you'll just be throwing money away. As jeancarlohim has told you, there isn't a 'standard price'. It depends on what keywords you bid on, how relevant those keywords are to your page, and what other people are paying for those keywords.
And if you're thinking of doing arbitrage i.e. buying traffic from adwords to make money from clicks on adsense, you may as well just set up a pile of dollar bills, or twenty pound notes, or whatever the currency is where you are, and set fire to them.

I tried buying low key cost key words, and here is my result. 1-click cost me .08 cents I got 20 to my site which cost me =$1.60. The total number of clicks off the ads on my site 3. which made me $0.51cents. See, what a waste of money.

It all depends on how much you are earning for each commission you generate. Usually, it helps to start with the 1:100 rule, which assumes one sale for every 100 clicks. So, if your commission is $50, bid no more than 50 cents per click. I hope this helps...

You can not use Adwords to drive traffic to your Adsense site. They have contrsucted a system making it impossible to make money that way. And the lowest possible cost for 1000 uniques via Adwords is $10 per day, since the lowest possible bid per click is $0.01, so 1000 x 0.01 = $10 per day.

But most likely you will not be able to find so cheap clicks and traffic, it would be more probable that you would have to pay around 20-50 cents per click. With those amunts you are looking at totally different budgets, and would then need to pay $200-$500 per day for 1000 uniques. Do the math for yourself and realize that it's most probably not worth it.

Just one final time and very, very clear:

    NOT USE ADSENSE WITH ADWORDS

Google does not like using adwords & adsense together... How much you pay depends on the cost / click for KWs in that niche... but you can always minimize your cost by having good CTR & high QS..

You need to pay adwords depending on which niche you are going to use and promote.

You can use adwords for a site that has adsense on it.
You can't use adwords for arbitrage.

This is a common problem that a lot of people new to AdWords have. How much should you spend?

The answer is to think not in numbers of impressions or visitors to your website, but in conversions. It is better to have 10 visitors a day from AdWords if one of them converts into a sale than thousands of visitors that are never going to buy from you.

Try reading this post for a strategy that works:

I would agree with this. If you have a hot selling product with great conversion you can afford to have better targeted keywords.
