I hope here are some experts on Adwords bans.

When Adwords "bans" someone, what do they actually ban? The card? The name of the person? Or maybe the address?

I need to know more about this

pretty much the company, and any accounts associated with that company. you will not be able to do business with them again under that company (and avoid ever using the same IP if creating a new account, to be careful)

Yes, you would need a new credit card, create a new name under a proxy IP, clear all cookies (yes, they track you through your IP address and cookies).

But let's say, if I register a new account using different IP and others details, and after that log in on the computer that is banned what will happen then? Are they gonna ban me anyway?

    My situtation maybe different.

I once promoted gambling sites, escorts/hobby sites, adult sex sites with different tricks - the evil sites Google don't like. Though they didn't ban me, keywords were always active, but with 0 impressions. I bet they put my ads on halt.

I made new accounts, I am even using the same credit card number under the same PC and IP, now my ads are running again, but it took two days to activate/review my new accounts.

I am in the same boat, and I am trying to figure out a work around... One thing I wonder is if the URL that you are setting up the account for is also flagged, along with cookies, IP, Credit Card, etc...

I'll let you know if I can get something up and running, and how I did it...

Finally, I found someone who has the same problem :) At the moment, what I know for 100% that they ban your credit/debit card, and of course your name, surname(personal details).

However, I am not sure about the address.

But what i want to make sure is, let's say if I register completely new account using different details and IP address, and after that log in on the computer which was previously banned, will they ban the new account or not?

    That's a big question.

I know they will ban the new account if they detect that you were previously banned (Through cookie or how ever).. I know this because I got an already activated account that was working, then when I logged onto it and put my website in there, it stopped working...

I didn't erase cookies etc from my old computer, so that is how I am guessing they got me the second time... so I am still trying...

They will ban any account they can associate (using any available data) with a previously banned account.

Well, according to what you are saying it's impossible to come back to Adwords.

So maybe they can unban me?
