I am currently an advertiser on the digitalpoint site (468x60 banner advertising AdToll.com).

I don't know if this is a DP issue or an Adwords issue but I am not very impressed. My banner is 468x60 and that's what I am paying for but it's squashed into a 468x49 area so its squashed, looks wrong and is hard to read.

The remaining 11 pixel section at the bottom contains:

www.adtoll.com Feedback - Ads by Google

I dont agree with this... I am paying good money for impressions for a 468x60 banner and the bottom 11 pixels are being used by Google for their own purposes.

Can this be fixed? It's annoying because that banner I am using has become unreadable by compressing it, the logo is squashed and looks wrong and the key words on it are a little unreadable.

I have emailed Google about it as well but thought I might post this here to see if I can get some reasoning.

I want to increase the budget on the campaign as we approach the launch but not when Google is taking a portion of it for themselves.

Better you start pay for 11 pixels less.

Shawn isn't going to decrease it by 11 pixels and Google is not gonna hear you.

Surely you knew the ad formats before you purchased - every ad has the old 'Ads by Google' writing at the bottom. Anyhow, it's a Google issue and not a DP one.

It's an AdWords issue and has nothing to do with DP.
