Adwords Balance Problem

    Hi

    I have a problem here hope you guys can help me out, I have just open a Google Adwords Account chose the Prepay option, I entered my Adwords Voucher got $50 dlls well actually got $45.66 any way that is not the porblem.

    Ok so I created my Campaign all good until I wanted to start my Campaign got a message:

    Your AdWords prepaid funds have been exhausted.

    What ? My Account is showing a balance of $45.66 what do they mean no funds ?

    Ok so since I chose prepay I click on the Make a payment link below my balance to fund the Account, well guess what in the make a payment option displays my balance $45.66 but cannot chose the radio botton the only way is to fund by Credit Card.

    Now I really don't know what to do how can I use my balance ?

    Is my balance lost or what the hell is going on there, man what a way to make things hard in adwords really, please guys if someone knows the solution to this or point me in the right direction I would really appreciate that thank you.

    Your account is being reviewed. For reasons best known to themselves they give misleading error messages when they review a new account - it's usually just a routine delay and has absolutely nothing to with your funding.

    Hi magda thank you for your reply, but looks like my account is not being reviewed, this is the reply I got from google adwords when I asked them the reason:

    Thank you for your email. I understand that you are unable to use your
    credit amount towards advertising.

    I see that you haven't put funds in your account although you have a
    promotional credit.

    If you pay for your AdWords advertising by bank transfer, boleto bancario,
    ChinaPay, Korea INICIS, or any other form of prepayment, you must make a
    prepayment before your ads can run. Once you've made a prepayment, the
    activation fee will be deducted from the prepayment or from the
    promotional code, whichever you entered first. From that point on, all
    advertising costs will be deducted from your promotional code until the
    credit is exhausted. All subsequent costs will be deducted from your
    prepayment.

    Once you make an initial payment, you will be able to use your credit of
    $45.66.

    Now this is totally misleading because when I signed up the prepay option clearly said that I could add funds with my Credit Card now they are talking Bank transfer ??

    Man if I just knew that before for sure I would have chosen Postpaid and not Prepaid, any way I will keep updating this thread so that anyone in my situation would know what to do.
