    no my dear ...beacuse your link not put in the page direct but it make and way to get it from file from google ..i hope it help

    AdWords are java script ads, not an HTML text links first of all. So not only Google, all search engines reject them as valid text links!

    Oh, by the way, it's way better to read what Google says about it :)
